The first 30 Nights
We recommend that you try out the mattress for at least 30-days, which is the normal amount of time necessary for you to get used to the feel of any new mattress. If you have never tried a mattress that conforms to your body, you may also need to acclimate to the distinct feel and support provided by the natural latex material.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied for any reason during the 180-day period, please contact us and we will take back the mattress free of charge. All we ask is that you treat your bed with the same care that is put into its construction and delivery. If there is any damage to the mattress, including tears, stains, burns or cigarette smells, you will not be able to receive full credit.
Accessories such as bedding, adjustable frames, toppers, sheets, mattress pads, standard metal frames and refurbished mattresses are not returnable.
