Built around a 3" Core of NASA-designed memory foam, the Dresden Super Pillowtop mattress is a 10" high tri-layer mattress built to provide comfort and support. The unique tri-level foam design of the Dresden is specially designed to absorb motion so two people can share one mattress without disturbing one another. The foam construction of the Dresden molds itself to your body’s shape as you sleep reducing pressure and providing continuous, even orthopedic support, and the pillow top provides an extra layer of comfort.

Complimenting the foam construction is a smartly designed Pocketed Coil® layer, An 850 coil bed, The Dresden uses a .068 coil in the center of the bed, but along both outside edges where conformance is distressed the most by sitting, the mattress is strengthened with 2 rows of .088 coils creating a more durable and resilient shape.

The Dresden is wrapped in a removable and washable double-knit velour cover and rests on a Triton® foundation.
